On Thursday night, Stevens unveiled his biggest project yet, the first new casino resort to be built downtown in decades.<\/p>\n<p>Circa Resort &amp; Casino is slated to open in December 2020 in the space formerly occupied by the Las Vegas Club where Fremont Street meets Main Street.
