\nIt’s becoming more difficult to find a traditional Italian restaurant that serves (thick) homemade spaghetti with a robust, rich, red sauce (cooked for hours in a big pot) like Mom used to make. Romano’s Restaurant is one of those restaurants, and it’s authentically Italian.<\/p>\n

On South Windermere street in Littleton, Romano’s is a cozy family restaurant & pizzeria. It’s been there since 1967. The area has turned into an artsy village, of sorts.
\nPastas, Chicken and Veal dishes, Baked Entr\u00e9es, Combination plates, House Specialties, plus Pizza and Calzones, Sandwiches, Soups, Salads and Appetizers are also on the menu.
\nA Spaghetti (thick homemade or thin noodles) dinner with choice of: meatballs, sausage or mushrooms, served with bread and butter, and a decent salad goes for about $10.95. The portions are large and your server will cheerfully bring an extra cup of the tangy red sauce should you need it. Beer and wine are available.<\/p>\n
