The brunch buffet features all-new action
with breakfast and lunch offerings available daily from open to close.
New breakfast selections include Southern and Mexican-influenced
dishes as well as a made-to-order omelet station and waffles. Lunch
offerings include Classic American, Asian and Southern influenced
dishes. There's also a complete salad bar including fresh tossed
specialty salads. Rounding it out on a sweet note, the buffet features
a dessert bar and made-to-order crepes.

specific items at each station constantly change, leaving an extensive
amount of options and creating a new experience with each visit. The

Paradise Garden Buffet. Enjoy a scrumptious salad and fresh fruit bar
along with mounds of shrimp on ice, Snow Crab Legs at dinner and
Assorted International salads. Sushi from Chef Akio is served thru
lunch and dinner. The carving station serves Herb Crusted Prime Rib of
Beef and Slow-Roasted Breast of Turkey. Roasted Leg of Spring Lamb is
available, along with Miso Glazed Duck, Sautéed Clams and Mussels,
Double Breaded Southern Fried Chicken, our Chef’s Catch of the day and
more. And if you're looking for something sweet, we offer a dessert
bar that includes an ice cream sundae station along with freshly baked
Pies, Cakes, Pudding and Pastries from our Pastry Chef Olivier Carlos.
For the early riser, our breakfast buffet includes more than 60
breakfast items: made-to-order Omelets, Honey-Glazed Ham, Smoked
