The
Sunset Station Hotel is (was)
a relatively new hotel casino (1997) in a south-east suburban area.
The casino (and the surrounding area) is fresh. Not unlike Orange County,
California in appearance and "feel," the area is home to a fairly new and
modern mall -The Galleria Mall- which is across the street, on the North
side of Sunset Road. This hotel has been around for around 15 years.
The surrounding suburban area is also home to supermarkets,
Wild Oats,
Barnes and Noble, Borders, Michaels, Home Depot, Sears, etc...
